Il Convegno nasce dalla collaborazione tra Sanità Civile e Militare per la necessità di ottimizzare le procedure mediche e logistiche in caso di Natural Disaster  (uragani, terremoti, eruzioni etc) o Made Man Disaster  (atti terroristici , guerre , disastri industriali etc) entrambe le evenienze sono molto attuali in special modo il “Rischio Vesuvio” e la “Contaminazione Ambientale” da sversamento di rifiuti tossici nel terreno nella Provincia di Caserta
L’evento in oggetto è organizzato dal Comando Logistico di Sanità dell’Esercito Italiano (Roma) in  co sharing con l’ I.D.M.A. (International Disaster Medicine Association www.idma.it) di cui è Presidente il dr. Giuseppe Noschese ed inoltre in collaborazione con :

La Conferenza rappresenta un eccellente opportunità per la Sanità Civile e Militare a livello nazionale ed internazionale di poter effettuare uno scambio di informazioni e di esperienze al fine di fungere da tutor per gli operatori del settore che in caso di calamità naturali o provocate dall’uomo dovessero gestire soccorsi per le popolazioni coinvolte.
L’AORN A. Cardarelli nella figura del Direttore Generale Av.to Rocco Granata ed il Secondo Fod nella Figura del Generale di C.d’A. Generale Vincenzo Lops con il Comando Logistico Sud di Sanità direttore Brig. Gen. N.Sebastiani hanno già da alcuni anni iniziato una proficua collaborazione in ambito di training ed interscambio di informazioni in ambito sanitario stillando una convenzione che rappresenta in Italia un passo importante nella direzione di ottimizzare e condividere conoscenze sanitarie che provengono da differenti settori.
